Delivery and shipping
Pickup in Nairobi CBD is free and ready the next day. Delivery is charged by destination, and free on orders over KSh 5,000.
What it costs
| Where | Cost | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Collect from Shelf Pickup | Free | Next day |
| Within Nairobi | KSh 200 | next day |
Orders over KSh 5,000 deliver free, wherever we deliver. Below that, the fee for your address is shown at checkout before you pay — there is never a charge added after.
When it goes out
Every order goes out the next day, whatever time you place it. Pickup orders are ready at the CBD point the next day, and Nairobi deliveries arrive the next day.
Sundays we don't dispatch. An order placed on Saturday goes out on Monday.
Who carries it
We use Sendy, Pickup Mtaani and Easy Coach parcels. You get the tracking number on your order page as soon as the parcel is handed over.
Somewhere not on the list? Tell us the town and we'll price it for you before you order.
