Buying real trainers in Kenya usually means one of two bad options: paying mall prices for the privilege of certainty, or taking a gamble on an Instagram account that may or may not send you what it photographed. KIXX exists to remove the gamble. Every pair is one we have handled, priced honestly, and will take back if it is not what you expected.
How we source
We work with verified suppliers, and every pair is opened and checked in the shop before it goes on the site, which is also when we photograph it, so what you see is the pair you get rather than a manufacturer's render.
Sizes are listed as they actually run, and we say so on the product page when a shoe runs small. If a pair reaches you and it is not right, tell us within 24 hours, unworn and in the box, and we cover the delivery on the replacement.
If anything about a pair does not look right, bring it back with the box and we will go through it with you. We would rather sort it out face to face than leave you unsure.
